Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will work with our production partner Printify to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Issues

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
